- To save our cookies and brownies for later, here are some tips: Do not refrigerate any of our sweets, as that will dry them out. Instead, store them in their original sealed packaging or an airtight container at room temperature for up to two weeks. For longer storage, they can be frozen in original sealed packaging for up to 6 months.
- While Mrs. Fields® baked products have a shelf life of 12 days, we recommend enjoying your treat as soon as it is received for optimal taste and freshness.

Perfect!I also sent this to my son away at college. I ordered the cinnamon and sugar cookie. It arrived in perfect condition and was delicious. My son and his dorm mates gobbled it up the day it arrived. Which by the way was on the day I specified, right on time, and exactly as ordered. I will definately use Mrs. Fields again.

Cookie CakeI ordered this cookie for my mom's 60th birthday, however when it arrived it was smashed and you could not make out the wording. The cookie was delicious, but I was disappointed in USPS. I immediately called customer service at Mrs. Fields and they were amazing. They are sending my mother a replacement for which I am truly grateful. They completely stand behind their satisfaction guarantee.

Arrived BrokenI ordered this for a friend of mine for his birthday and it arrived broken. He said it was still yummy but it was disappointing that it broke during delivery. I contacted the company and they sent out a replacement right away, very good customer service, just disappointed that the original cookie wasn't as enjoyable as it could have been due to brokenness and Unable to read the Happy Birthday with his name all intact. Hopefully the second one shows up in better shape.

SmooshMy daughter sent a picture of what arrived. It was smooshed to the side of the plate and the Happy wasn't even readable. For the price I paid, I expected it to at least look somewhat like what I ordered. Disappointed to say the least.

Broken cakieI ordered this cute cookie cake for my husband since he was away from home on his birthday. It arrived on time from UPS but broken into chunks with the Happy Birthday frosting unreadable. If I had to order another bday gift in the future, I'll order a tin of cookies instead.
