Blueberries inspired this mouthwatering coffee cake. This cake is made with blueberries a touch of sweet maple syrup fill the center and top of this delicious cake, evoking the home-baked goodness of old-fashioned country kitchens.. Each cake is baked with the freshest ingredients. It's the perfect accompaniment for brunch, after dinner dessert or anytime day or night. Available in 8" or 10" rounds.
Due to our dough mixing process, all of our products may have come in contact with nut oils.
Rest assured, all of our baked goods arrive safely packaged in a protective film, which is sealed and secured from contaminants.

- If you prefer a warm coffee cake you may reheat the cake in a microwave oven (please use caution, its heats very quickly), a toaster oven, or even fry our cake in a pan for gourmet French toast. Delicious!
- Our 8” coffee cake serves 8 - 12 slices and 10” coffee cake serves 16 - 20 slices.
- Our coffee cakes have a 14 days shelf life from date of shipment when stored at room temp or in the refrigerator. All cakes freeze beautifully for up to twelve months, either whole or sliced. The cake is best defrosted by opening the heavy-duty freezer bag in which it arrived in and storing at room temperature for a few hours. It will taste as fresh as just baked! Also, our cake is quite good when eaten cold, or even frozen - try it!
