How are products packaged?
- Nibblers® bite-sized cookies come in a variety of our most popular flavors and arrive in sealed packs of three to preserve out-of-the-oven freshness.
- Brownie Bites come packaged in half a dozen quantities. These may look like one full-sized Brownie but are scored into bite-sized pieces and sealed to preserve freshness. Each package comes with a label to identify each flavor.
- Our original-sized Cookies come packaged in a quantity of 2 cookies per package.
- Our Frosted cookies are single-packed.
What flavors do you offer?
Our gift items come with an assortment of our 5 flavors:
- White chocolate macadamia
- Oatmeal raisin walnut
- Semi-sweet chocolate chip
- Triple chocolate
- Cinnamon sugar

What is the shelf life?
- While Mrs. Fields® baked products have a shelf life of 12 days, we recommend enjoying your treat as soon as it is received for optimal taste and freshness.
- To save our cookies and brownies for later, here are some tips:
- Do not refrigerate any of our sweets, as that will dry them out. Instead, store them in their original sealed packaging or an airtight container at room temperature for up to two weeks.
- For longer storage, they can be frozen in original sealed packaging for up to 6 months.
- To create your own, hot, out-of-the-oven experience, you have a few options:
- Thawed cookies and brownies can be warmed in the microwave for 10-15 seconds or in a 375-degree oven for up to 2 minutes.
- Frozen cookies and brownies can be warmed in the microwave for 20-30 seconds or in a 375-degree oven for up to 3 minutes.
Where does the gift message appear?
- Our gift messages are located on the reverse side of the shipping label that is on every package we send. There is a yellow tear strip at the top of the shipping label indicating the location of this message.
What is your return and cancellation policy?

Order Cancellations and Order Changes:
- We are happy to make any changes to your order if it is not already in processing, in transit or has already been delivered. Please be aware that during high volume seasons such as Valentine’s Day and during the Holiday season, we will process your order early so we are able to meet delivery expectations. If you need to make changes, please call us at 1-800-COOKIES (266-5437).
- Orders placed online cannot be refunded if the incorrect shipping method was chosen resulting in early or late delivery, if there were spelling or grammatical errors, or for incorrect/ incomplete shipping addresses.
- A $12 charge will be applied to your credit card to redirect packages when incorrect or incomplete addresses are given. We regret that we cannot extend our guarantee when your package is delayed for these reasons.

Return Policy
- All our items are perishable and are unable to be resold once they have been shipped. Due to this, we do not accept returns. If we incorrectly fulfilled the items for your order, please call us at 1-800-COOKIES (266-5437) and we will make it right by sending a replacement.

Discount policy
- Discount codes are only valid until their expiration date. If technical errors resulted in an inability to use your discount code, please call us before the code expires so we can apply it to your purchase or place the order for you.
- Discount codes cannot be combined or used on previous orders. All bulk or case pack items are non-discountable as you are already getting the sweetest deal.

Damaged items
- Your satisfaction is our ultimate goal. Please do not throw away broken or damaged products. Instead, report broken or damaged items to Mrs. Fields® within 15 days of receipt by calling 1-800-COOKIES (266-5437). You may be asked to provide pictures of the damaged items(s) and/or packaging. Once reported we will be happy to send a replacement.
How and where do you ship?
- We do our best to ensure that your shipments are delivered on time but cannot guarantee delivery dates for orders shipping via standard ground method or to PO Boxes, Military addresses, and International addresses.

Ground delivery date is not guaranteed; package can be delivered within 1 to 2 business days before or after your selected delivery date. We regret that we are unable to refund orders if packages arrive within 2 business days prior to or following your selected preferred delivery date.
- If you need delivery on a specific date, we recommend using an expedited guaranteed delivery method.

Weather/mechanical delays
- Sometimes, adverse conditions like weather and local events may delay your shipment, which are out of our control. We are unable to refund if your package was delayed due to weather conditions.

Shipping costs
- Our shipping costs are based on the weight of each package. We can combine packages that are similar in size and shape if shipping to the same address. To ensure our packages arrive in great condition we are unable to combine some items together.

International Shipping
- Due to European privacy laws, we are unable to ship to the 28 EU member states and Brazil (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, England, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Ghana, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Nigeria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom).
- International shipments are an additional $30 per package plus ground shipping charges.

Deliveries to Hospitals, Hotels and Colleges:
- We guarantee delivery to the mailroom or receiving department at the location only. It is the responsibility of this department to deliver the package to your intended recipient. Please be aware that this may cause delays as the mailroom or receiving departments do not guarantee delivery within a specific amount of time.
